Service Temperature: -20°C / +70°C

ADVANTAGES:
Easy to apply, provides excellent adhesion.
Resistant to water and frost.
Unaffected by temperature changes.
Provides high stability, prevents sagging and cracking.
Flexible.

CONSUMPTION:

Varies according to the application method:
EPS and XPS: 3 – 4 kg/m²
Rock wool: 4 – 5 kg/m²

APPLICATION SURFACE PREPARATION:
Ensure the application surface is cured.
The application surface must be free of dust, oil, tar, bitumen, paint, silicone, curing compounds, detergents, and mold oils.
The surface should be wetted and kept moist.
Any irregularities on the surface should be corrected 24 hours in advance with appropriate repair mortars.

MORTAR PREPARATION:
Add 25 kg of YELTEN Heat Insulation Board Adhesive to approximately 5.5 - 6.5 liters of clean water and mix with a low-speed mixer until lump-free.
Let the prepared mixture rest for 5 - 10 minutes to mature, then stir again for 1 - 2 minutes before use.
The mixture should be used within 2 hours.

APPLICATION:
Depending on the smoothness of the application surface:
•Full Surface Bonding Method: Apply YELTEN Heat Insulation Board Adhesive to the entire insulation board using a flat or notched trowel (preferred for smooth surfaces).
•Strip and Spot Method: Apply the adhesive in strips around all edges of the insulation board and in spots in the middle using a trowel (preferred for uneven surfaces).
During application, use a straightedge to ensure the boards are properly aligned.
Press the boards firmly to ensure good adhesion, and secure them with mechanical anchors after 24 hours.

PRECAUTIONS:
Avoid application at temperatures below +5°C and above +35°C.
Do not apply on frozen surfaces, surfaces at risk of freezing within 24 hours, or areas exposed to direct sunlight and wind.
Do not add water or powder to expired mortar.
Place the insulation boards with minimal gaps to prevent heat transfer.
Avoid using boards that have lost their properties due to prolonged sun exposure.
Do not apply insulation directly on pumice or brick; it should be applied to a roughly plastered surface.

PACKAGING:
25 kg PE-coated kraft bags

SHELF LIFE:
Expires in 6 months. Store unopened packages in dry environments. Stack maximum 10 on a pallet. The production date is indicated on the packaging.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
As with all chemical products, avoid contact with food, skin, eyes, and mouth during use and storage. Wear appropriate work clothing, protective gloves, goggles, and a mask during application, following occupational health and safety regulations. If swallowed accidentally, consult a doctor. In case of skin contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Store out of the reach of children.
