206 Yelten Decorative Coating (Line Texture)

Description: Cement-based decorative exterior wall coating with linear, circular, and straight textures.

Advantages:
• Allows surfaces to breathe due to high water vapor permeability.
• Highly resistant to water and frost.
• Non-combustible.
• Natural and decorative appearance.
• Easy to apply, can be painted with exterior wall paints.

Application Areas: Used as a topcoat on all exterior facades and on exterior thermal insulation systems.

Application Surfaces:
• Exterior surfaces;
• Cement-based plasters,
• Autoclaved aerated concrete surfaces (with plaster applied)

Surface Preparation:
• The surface must be clean, smooth, and solid.
• The surface should be moistened before application; in very hot and windy weather, it must be thoroughly saturated with water.

Application Conditions:
• Ambient temperature should be between +5 °C and +30 °C.
• Avoid application in very humid and/or hot weather or under direct sunlight.
• Should not be applied on frozen, thawing, or surfaces at risk of freezing within 24 hours.

Consumption: 2.9-3.1 kg/m²

Application Tools: Steel trowel, plastic trowel.

Application: 25 kg of YELTEN Decorative Coating - Line Texture should be added to approximately 6.0-6.5 liters of clean water and mixed
preferably with a low-speed mixer until a lump-free consistency is achieved. The prepared mortar should rest for 5-10 minutes to mature
and then be remixed for 1-2 minutes before use. It should be applied to the surface evenly with a steel trowel. The application thickness should match the size of the largest texture grain, and texture should be created on the surface using circular movements with a plastic trowel. Texturing must be done while the product is still wet.

Important Considerations:
• Avoid application below +5°C or above +35°C.
• Do not apply on frozen, frost-prone, or directly sun/wind-exposed areas.
• If snowfall or severe cold is expected within 1 week after application, do not apply or take necessary precautions.
• Do not add water or powder to expired mortar.
• Not suitable for horizontal or less than 45° inclined surfaces.
• Do not apply directly on brick or AAC without plaster, or on weak plasters.
• Adhere strictly to the recommended water ratio, mixing, and resting times.
• Avoid applying under direct sunlight.
• Should not be left as the nal coat. After the surface has dried, it should be painted with silicone-based exterior paint. Wait at least 7
days before painting.
