Storage And Shelf Life:
A maximum of 10 craft bags can be stacked on top of each other. They should be stored in moisture-free, dry, and protected warehouses against outdoor conditions. The shelf life is 6 months under appropriate storage conditions. Opened packages should be tightly closed for storage.
Application Information:
• Application Thickness: 3-7 mm
• Application Temperature: +5 °C - +35 °C
• Pot Life: 30 minutes
• Time to Take into Use: Min. 1 day
• Complete Curing: 28 days
• Waiting Between Layers: 2-3 hours
Surface Preparation:
Surfaces to be applied should be free from dust, dirt, oil, etc., and must be dry, smooth, and solid. The surface should not be very dry or completely wet before application. For surfaces exposed to direct sunlight or overheated, the surface temperature should be lowered by misting with water before application is started. For absorbent surfaces, it is recommended to use primer for repairs on old concrete and reinforcement, and the repair mortar application should be carried out before complete drying.
Application Steps:
For a 25 kg bag of material, clean water in the amount of 5.25-5.75 liters should be slowly poured into a container and mixed for about 3-4 minutes with a low-speed (400 rpm) hand mixer until a homogeneous consistency is achieved. The mixture should be re-mixed before application after resting for 2-3 minutes. The repair mortar can be applied to all surfaces to be repaired using a steel trowel. If two coats are to be applied, a waiting period of 2-3 hours should be observed between coats. The times given in the application information and steps may vary in different environmental conditions (low/high temperature, humidity, wind, etc.)
Warnings And Recommendations:
Application should not be made on surfaces that are at risk of frost or excessively heated, in direct sunlight, and in harsh windy environments. If clumping is detected in the product after the bags are opened, the product should not be used. The product should be used within the shelf life after mixing. No foreign materials such as lime, cement, or gypsum should be added to the prepared mortar. Care should be taken to follow the water amount indicated on the bag. Application should not be made on freshly plastered or concrete surfaces before the curing period is complete.
Health And Safety Warnings:
Since it is cement-based, it should not be inhaled, and contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. It is recommended to use appropriate work equipment (gloves, goggles, mask, knee pads, etc.) during product application.
