Its fiber-reinforced structure makes it resistant to external impacts, protecting the building for many years.
High resistance to water and frost.
Non-flammable.
Has a natural and decorative appearance.
Easy to apply and can be painted with exterior paints.
AREAS OF USE:
Used as a top coating material on all building exteriors and external thermal insulation systems.
APPLICATION SURFACES:
•Exteriors;
•Cement-based plasters,
•Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) (after applying AAC plaster)
SURFACE PREPARATION:
•The surface must be clean, smooth, and solid.
•Before application, the surface must be moistened, and during very hot and windy weather, it should be thoroughly wetted.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS:
Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C.
Avoid applying in very humid and/or very hot weather, under direct sunlight.
Should not be applied on frozen surfaces, surfaces that are thawing, or surfaces that are at risk of freezing within 24 hours.
CONSUMPTION: 1,8-2,4 kg/m²
APPLICATION TOOLS: Steel trowel, plastic trowel.
APPLICATION:
Add approximately 5.0 - 6.0 liters of clean water to 25 kg of YELTEN Decorative Coating - Fine and mix preferably with a low-speed mixer until lump-free. Let the prepared mortar rest for 5 - 10 minutes to mature, then stir again for 1 - 2 minutes before use. Spread the mortar evenly on the surface with a steel trowel, adjusting the application thickness according to the largest pattern grain. Create the desired pattern using a plastic trowel in circular motions while the coating is still wet.
PRECAUTIONS:
Avoid application at temperatures below +5°C and above +35°C.
Do not apply on frozen surfaces, surfaces at risk of freezing within 24 hours, or areas exposed to direct sunlight and wind.
If heavy snow or severe cold is expected within 1 week after application, do not apply or take protective measures.
Do not add water or powder to expired mortar.
Pay attention not to use boards that lost their properties due to intensive sun exposure.
